*We are currently looking to hire for the position of Office Receptionist & Data Entry Clerk*

Duties (may include and not limited to)

- Reception and client services

- Acquiring knowledge about the products in the showroom

- Data entry – pricing and invoicing

- Schedule client appointments

- Correspond with email, mail, phone and in person

- Communicate with clients on billing questions, reminders and statements

- Work within a team as well as independently in a fast pace environment

- Flexibility to adapt to company needs and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required

Knowledge, skills, and qualifications

- Strong work ethic

- Positive professional attitude

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Excellent customer service skills

- Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel

Experience:

Experience with Sage accounting is an asset

Clerical experience is an asset
